HAnson Aero Group Services

Wide-angle aerial drone photography by Hanson Aero Group capturing a luxury suburban estate and surrounding neighborhood in Atlanta, Georgia for professional real estate marketing.

Real Estate Photography & Videography Services

First impressions in real estate are made online, and drone photography is no longer optional for competitive listings. Hanson Aero Group provides drone photography and video content that gives agents the visual tools to present a property at its full potential — roofline to streetscape, lot context to neighborhood setting. Every shoot is planned around the specific property and its marketing objectives. Deliverables are edited, color-corrected, and provided in MLS-ready formats via private digital delivery within 24–48 hours of the shoot date. We serve residential listings, luxury properties, commercial real estate, and land parcels across the Atlanta metropolitan area.

Roof&Solar Inspection Service

Hanson Aero Group provides drone inspection services that capture detailed imagery of roof surfaces, drainage systems, penetrations, and visible damage indicators from above — producing documentation thorough enough for insurance claim submissions and detailed enough to support accurate contractor estimates. For solar installations, we provide panel-level aerial surveys that identify visible soiling, physical damage, and installation concerns across residential arrays and commercial rooftop systems. Inspection reports are delivered within 48–72 hours with annotated imagery and written observations. All reports include a standard disclaimer that aerial inspections are visual in nature and do not substitute for structural engineering assessment.

Construction Progress Documentation

Hanson Aero Group provides scheduled drone progress documentation that gives project managers, owners, and financing stakeholders a consistent visual record of site conditions throughout the build. Each visit produces timestamped, geo-tagged imagery structured around the specific milestones and reporting requirements of your project. Weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly visit schedules are available on retainer. Deliverables are formatted for direct use in owner reports, lender draw requests, and contractor coordination — not raw files that require additional processing before they're useful.

Infrastructure & Property Management Surveys

Infrastructure and property management clients require aerial data that is immediately useful in planning and reporting contexts — not just imagery for imagery's sake. Hanson Aero Group provides drone surveys for infrastructure assets, multi-property portfolio documentation, facade and exterior condition assessments, and capital planning support. Deliverables are structured around the decision-maker who will receive them — the facility manager planning a maintenance cycle, the portfolio manager preparing an annual condition report, or the asset manager presenting to an ownership group. Survey schedules, reporting formats, and deliverable specifications are established in advance to ensure every flight answers the specific question the project demands.

Events, Productions & Commercial Campaigns

Hanson Aero Group serves as a drone production partner for clients who require more than standard overhead footage. Corporate events, organizational films, commercial campaigns, and marketing productions all benefit from aerial perspectives that ground-based cameras cannot achieve. We work directly within production workflows — coordinating with creative directors, production managers, and on-site teams to deliver footage that integrates seamlessly into the editorial process. Day rates, half-day rates, and pre-production consultation are available depending on project scope. All event and production operations are conducted under applicable FAA authorizations and COW waivers where required. Weather contingency terms and standby rates are established in the project agreement before shoot day.
